Las Palmas Urbanisacion is a self contained community with it's own Italian restaurant "La Dolce Vita", Ice-cream parlour, beauty salon, grocery store, medical centre, etc.

All our vacation rental properties are located within Las Palmas Urbanisacion which is abt 900 meters from main street Coco with it's bars, restaurants, shops etc.

All properties are 250-350 meters from the ocean and Coco Beach and abt 400 meters from the Beach Club.

All units have fully equipped kitchen and all bed linens and towels are provided.

There is a guest laundry facility on the grounds, but you can order a full extra cleaning which includes laundry for extra US$20.00-30.00 per cleaning

Each unit is fully air-conditioned, has running hot water and cable TV.
